1. Price, Inclusions, Optional Extras, Local Payments, and Late Bookings
1.1 Price
Unless otherwise specified, our tour package prices are per person and based on double occupancy. The detailed itinerary for each tour outlines the services included under the "PACKAGE PRICES INCLUDED" section. Our services are offered as a complete package, and Thai Travel and Tour does not provide a breakdown of individual component costs. All quoted prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to potential rate increases imposed by airlines and hotels. Please note that airfares are subject to increase between the time of booking/payment and ticket issuance due to fuel surcharges and other fees levied at the discretion of the airlines. However, once a passenger has made full payment, no surcharges will be applied.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES:
Service charges for obtaining passports and/or visas, departure taxes, customs/immigration user fees, airport passenger facility charges, insurance, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, sightseeing tours and excursions not explicitly mentioned in the itineraries or listed as optional, gratuities at local restaurants, hotels, or for guides and drivers, and any other personal expenses.
1.2 Optional Extras and Tours
Optional extras (such as island jet skiing) are not part of our core tour package agreement. When Thai Travel and Tour assists in arranging these optional activities, it is understood that we do so as a service and do not assume any liability for these extras.
1.3 Local Payments
Certain tours may require a mandatory local payment, which forms part of your contract with Thai Travel and Tour. This payment represents the final balance for your trip and must be paid in the specified currency, in cash, to your tour leader upon arrival. Local payments are non-refundable and are considered part of the total trip cost. You can find further details about any applicable local payment in our brochures, on our website, and in your trip notes. Facilitating payments locally helps ensure funds reach local suppliers in the destinations we visit, contributing to a reduction in the overall trip cost.
1.4 Late Booking Fee for Fixed Departure Tour Packages
For any booking made within 15 days of the scheduled departure date for a fixed departure tour package, Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to charge an additional fee to cover the costs associated with the short notice. This fee will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties at the time of booking.
2. Booking Conditions and Cancellation by Thai Travel and Tour
2.1 Confirmation of Booking
When you contact us with your desired departure date, we will respond to you within 24 hours. Your booking will be fully confirmed upon receipt of a full payment prior to your arrival, unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Conditions for Fixed Departure Tour Packages
For fixed departure tours, Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary without prior notice if the number of travelers falls below the minimum required for the trip. We also retain the right to cancel any tour before it is guaranteed to operate.
2.3 Non-Availability
All tour products offered by Thai Travel and Tour are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective service providers. In the event that your chosen travel product is unavailable after you have made a deposit or full payment, Thai Travel and Tour will make reasonable efforts to suggest an alternative product or service of similar price and quality.
2.4 Cancellation by Thai Travel and Tour
Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to run (confirmed). However, we will not cancel a tour less than 45 days prior to departure, except in cases of Force Majeure as outlined in section 2.5. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has at least one fully paid traveler, unless a different minimum number is specified. This applies to departures within the stated validity period. If Thai Travel and Tour cancels a trip for which you have a fully paid booking, you will have the option of choosing an alternative trip or receiving a full refund. Please note that Thai Travel and Tour is not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, currency exchange rate differences, or loss of enjoyment. If you choose an alternative trip of lower value than your original booking, you will be entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the alternative trip is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
2.5 Cancellation by Thai Travel and Tour Due to Force Majeure
Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to cancel any trip, including guaranteed departures, at any time prior to departure due to events beyond our control, such as terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external circumstances that make it unviable for Thai Travel and Tour to operate the planned schedule. In such cases, Thai Travel and Tour will offer you an alternative trip or a refund of the amounts paid for the tour itself. However, Thai Travel and Tour is not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, currency exchange rate differences, loss of enjoyment, or any unused services. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against such unforeseen circumstances.

Thai Travel and Tour will inform you of these applicable policies prior to you making a booking and payment. Please ensure you understand these terms, as they will govern any changes or cancellations you may need to make.
4. Payment Methods
Thai Travel and Tour accepts payments via wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Wise, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). For credit card payments, please contact us at info@thaitravelandtour.com to request a credit card authorization form.Once payment has been made, please send a confirmation email to info@thaitravelandtour.com. If full payment is not received by the specified deadline, Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to release the booking without prior notice.
5. Unused Services, No-Shows, and Early Check-Outs
No refunds will be provided for any unused services once a tour or service has commenced. Furthermore, no discounts or adjustments can be made for changes requested to the program after full payment has been received. For example, if a traveler misses a day of a multi-day trip, no partial refund will be issued. In the event of a no-show or early check-out for any booked service (including hotels), the booking is considered non-refundable as it is treated as a cancellation without the required advance notice.
6. Airline Baggage Policy
For international flights, the standard baggage allowance is typically two checked bags per person, with the total dimensions of each bag not exceeding 62 inches (158 centimeters) and the total combined dimensions not exceeding 106 inches (269 centimeters). The weight of each checked bag generally should not exceed 50 pounds (23 kilograms), though some airlines may have a limit of 70 pounds (32 kilograms). For domestic flights within Thailand or Southeast Asia, the baggage allowance is often more restrictive, typically around 44 pounds (20 kilograms). Additionally, passengers are usually allowed one piece of carry-on luggage, the dimensions of which should not exceed approximately 45 linear inches (115 centimeters). Excess baggage charges are strictly enforced by airlines, and it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to pay any such fees at the airport prior to departure. Thai Travel and Tour strongly recommends that passengers obtain baggage insurance to cover potential loss or damage.
7. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
Thai Travel and Tour acts as a tour operator and agent for various service providers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and local operators. As such, Thai Travel and Tour shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, baggage losses, or delays arising from events beyond our direct control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, governmental actions or regulations, war, civil unrest, strikes, criminal acts by third parties, theft, or the negligence or default of any third-party service provider used in the provision of the tours and services. While Thai Travel and Tour endeavors to maintain the integrity of the published itineraries and accommodations, we reserve the right to make necessary changes, with or without prior notice, in the best interests of the tour. Any additional expenses resulting from such changes shall be the responsibility of the traveler. Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to accept, decline, or retain any person as a participant on any tour at any time. Airlines are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or occurrences while passengers are not on board their aircraft or conveyances. All airfares are subject to change without notice, and land costs are based on prevailing currency exchange rates relative to [mention your base currency, e.g., EUR or USD] and current tariffs, and may be subject to adjustment until final payment. Thai Travel and Tour is not responsible for the quality, defects, or non-delivery of any goods purchased by tour participants during their trip.
8. Travel Insurance
Thai Travel and Tour strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel-related issues. Please note that most travel insurance policies do not cover cancellations due to a change of mind. We encourage you to explore insurance options from reputable providers such as www.travelguard.com or www.travelsafe.com to find a plan that suits your needs.
9. Terms and Conditions Agreement
A complete tour contract outlining all the terms and conditions applicable to your booking will be provided to each participant. This contract must be carefully reviewed, signed, and returned to Thai Travel and Tour prior to your tour departure. Please be aware that all services and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

A comprehensive pre-departure travel package containing essential information for your trip will be sent to you no later than one week before your scheduled departure date.
11. Travel Documents
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents for the entire duration of their tour. This includes a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in all countries you will be visiting. For entry into Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, a minimum passport validity of six months is mandatory. We strongly recommend that your passport has at least 6 to 15 blank pages available for immigration stamps for each country on your itinerary. Please also ensure you have any necessary visas, permits, or other required documentation.
12. Medical Conditions
You are required to inform Thai Travel and Tour in writing, at the time of booking or prior to it, of any physical, emotional, or mental condition that may necessitate professional attention during the trip or require the use of special equipment. Failure to disclose any such conditions may result in Thai Travel and Tour refusing your participation in the trip, and in such a case, you will forfeit the trip cost without any liability on our part, financial or otherwise. If you have any such condition, you must bring and be solely responsible for all necessary items related to your condition. Should any such condition arise after your booking is confirmed, you must notify us in writing immediately. Failure to do so releases Thai Travel and Tour and all associated personnel from any liability related to the condition or its treatment. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair. Please be aware that certain features and certain trips may not be wheelchair accessible, and we cannot guarantee wheelchair assistance or accessibility at international destinations. Thai Travel and Tour reserves the right to decline the participation of any traveler whose condition, in our reasonable opinion, may adversely affect the health, safety, or enjoyment of other participants.
