A Smooth Start to Your Thai Adventure

Thailand has made traveling to its beautiful shores even easier! The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is now in place, effective from May 1st, 2025. This digital card replaces the old paper TM6 immigration form for all foreign visitors arriving by air, land, or sea. This means a smoother, faster entry process, leaving you with more time to enjoy your Thai holiday.


What is TDAC?

Think of the TDAC as your digital welcome mat to Thailand. It's a system that lets you provide essential arrival information online, eliminating the need to fill out those paper forms on arrival. This not only speeds things up at immigration but also helps to make your overall travel experience more enjoyable.

  • TDAC Fee/Cost: The best part? It's FREE!

  • When to Submit: To ensure a hassle-free arrival, please submit your TDAC information within 3 days before your arrival date in Thailand.


Who Needs a TDAC?

Almost all foreign nationals entering Thailand need to complete a TDAC. The main exceptions are:

  • Those transiting or transferring through Thailand without passing through immigration.

  • Those entering Thailand using a Border Pass.


How Does the TDAC System Work?

The TDAC system is designed to be user-friendly. Here's a quick overview:

  1. Visit the official Immigration Bureau website: http://tdac.immigration.go.th

  2. Choose between "Individual" or "Group" submission, depending on your travel situation.

  3. Fill in all the required sections:

    • Personal Information

    • Trip & Accommodation Information

    • Health Declaration (including, for example, Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate for travelers from affected countries).

  4. Submit your application.

  5. Save or print your confirmation for your records.


You can update your submitted information at any time before your trip, so you have some flexibility if your plans change.


Important Note: The TDAC is not a visa! Please make sure you have the correct visa or are eligible for a visa exemption to enter Thailand.
